A 49-acre working farm in Cheyenne says proposed changes to the city’s agricultural regulations could make it impossible to continue operating if the property is annexed. The proposed rules would change how farms, livestock, gardens and other agricultural activities are regulated inside city limits.
City officials say the changes are intended to make urban farming easier, while Wy Fresh Farm owners David and Tommie Kniseley argue the proposal does not address their concerns and could threaten their operations.
